View allI'm 17 and uncircumcised but can pull back my foreskin fine do I still need surgery to remove it
If you're 17 and can easily retract your foreskin, you likely do not need surgery. Circumcision is generally not necessary if the foreskin can be fully retracted, and you're not experiencing pain, swelling, or other issues

I had varicocele surgery two months ago but still have testicle pain. The recent scan shows some veins are still there and it's now grade 1. Do I need another surgery or are there other options to manage this?
It's understandable to be concerned about ongoing pain after varicocele surgery, especially with a grade 1 varicocele still present. While some vein persistence is normal, persistent pain warrants further investigation. While repeat surgery could be an option, other conservative measures and interventions should be considered first

I'm really worried because I have a 32 mm stone in my kidney. Could you please let me know if Neeri tablets can help remove it? If you have any suggestions on other ways to get rid of it, I would really appreciate your advice.
To help dissolve kidney stones, you can try taking potassium citrate supplements. You can take Potrate MB6 tablets. It is important to drink plenty of water to help flush out the stone as well. If the stone is too large to pass on its own, you may need to consult a urologist for further treatment options.
