I'm 37 and my doctor said I have a bulky uterus measuring 119x63x53mm. Should I consider surgery or are there other treatment options for this? I'm currently 20 weeks pregnant, and my latest ultrasound showed that my placenta is posterior with the lower margin being 4.2 cm away from the internal os. It's graded at 1 right now. I'm really keen on traveling soon and just wanted to check if that's safe given my current condition. Any advice?
