I accidentally got some Otrivin Xylometazoline Hydrochloride nasal drops in one of my eyes. I rinsed it afterward, but there's still this irritation and redness. It hurts, especially when I look at light. Im really worriedcould it lead to blindness? Can you help me with this?

I've been on medication courses for 3 weeks, then 2 months, and another 2 months. The pain eases with the meds, but it returns once I stop. Currently, I'm back on a 2-month course taking FLI drops, UV lube, and sodium hyaluronate XL HA, but the pain keeps coming back. Is there any chance this eye allergy can be permanently resolved, or will I have to keep taking these meds non-stop? Should I consider seeing another doctor for a second opinion?
