I am 18 years old. Suddenly, my leg got swollen, and my joints started hurting. Now my wrists and shoulders also ache, especially in the morning. I consulted a doctor and did blood tests, but everything came back normal. Why am I experiencing joint pain, and what should I do?

Could be early arthritis, post viral, or autoimmune issue. Repeat RA Factor, CRP, and Vitamin D. Use mild pain relievers and apply warm compress.
Dr. Ezhilarasan Suggests...
Take a RA Factor Test (Rheumatoid Factor) Test or Take a CRP Test (C - Reactive Protein) Test

I have been suffering from joint pain throughout my body. My recent test reports show that my calcium, vitamin D, sugar, and thyroid levels are normal. However, my RA factor was greater than 120 in march and remains high as of july. My uric acid level is 6.50, and my RBC count is 4.99. Despite taking Ayurvedic treatments and regularly using Turmod, Rosiflex, and Artilon, my RA factor has not improved. I am concerned about the reason for this and would like to know what should be done next.

Dear Doctor, A patient aged 70 has been experiencing continuous pain and swelling in the upper right foot and toes for the past month. There is no history of diabetes or high blood pressure. Recent investigations show: Blood report: normal, X-ray: normal, Vitamin D: normal, Uric acid: normal and NCV (both lower limbs): normal. The pain temporarily subsides with painkillers but returns after a few hours. Could you please advise what further tests or evaluations are recommended and how we can diagnose the cause? Thank you.
