I am a 22 year old female. For the past 2 months, I have been experiencing fever, constipation, and weakness. My doctor has suggested the following tests: Hemogram, T3, T4, TSH, Uric Acid, SGOT, and SGPT. Could you please help me understand what condition I might be suffering from? Please reply as soon as possible. Thank you.

Fever, weakness, and constipation for 2 months suggest a possible underlying thyroid imbalance, infection, or liver related issue. Your doctor rightly advised tests like Hemogram, Thyroid Profile (T3, T4, TSH), Liver Function Tests (SGOT, SGPT), and Uric Acid to find the cause. These help screen for anemia, thyroid dysfunction, viral infections, or fatigue related inflammation. Once reports are in, treatment becomes more targeted.

Take a Hemogram Test (CBC + ESR) Test or Take a Thyroid Profile (T3 T4 TSH) Test Test
