I am 25 years old and have been suffering from erectile dysfunction for many years. My ejaculation time is 30 to 45 seconds. My semen is very thin, and the ejaculate count is very low. Due to this issue, both my legs are weak, and I have pain in my back and legs. My body feels very weak. I have also been masturbating for around 12 years. My recent urine test report shows 6 to 8 pus cells. Please suggest what I should do?

These may be signs of chronic prostatitis or hormonal imbalance. Please take a Semen Analysis and Testosterone Level test to guide further action.

I am a 46 year old man experiencing erectile dysfunction for the past 3 months. My blood tests show low free testosterone, high estradiol, and high FSH levels. The endocrinologist initially prescribed Modula for 10 days, but I did not experience any improvement. He then suggested testosterone replacement therapy. I have not started TRT and instead opted for Ayurvedic treatment recommended by a well known sexologist in Delhi. However, after 2 months, there has been little improvement. I no longer have morning erections and have been unable to have sexual intercourse due to poor erections for 3 months. I have a few questions: Should I consider starting testosterone replacement therapy? Is TRT the only effective option for me? What are the potential long term complications of TRT?
