I am 31 weeks pregnant and today received my blood test report. My SGOT and SGPT levels are 467 and 791, respectively, and ALP is 197. After taking Udiliv 300 along with Liv52, my repeat test after a week shows SGOT/SGPT at 260/430 and ALP at 160. Please advise if continuing these medications will bring my levels back to normal or if I need to consider induced labor?

Yes, continue Udiliv and Liv 52. Improving values suggest response. Regular liver function tests and obstetric follow-up are essential to avoid complications.
