I am 32 weeks pregnant and have gestational diabetes. I have attached my report for your review. Could you please let me know if everything is fine and whether my diabetes is affecting my baby?

Gestational diabetes is manageable, and many women have healthy pregnancies with it. Regular sugar checks, diet control, and medication if needed will help avoid risks. Your doctor will monitor baby growth to ensure everything stays on track.

View allHi Doctor, I am 29 weeks pregnant. I did my GTT test four days ago. My fasting was 88, 1 hour post 75 mg glucose was 179, and 2 hour post was 160. The doctor advised me to monitor blood sugar at home twice a day at two day intervals (FBS, after breakfast, after lunch, after dinner alternatively, and 1 hour post meal). On 13th, my fasting was 78, and 1 hour post lunch was 115. On 14th, 1 hour post breakfast was 157, and 2 hour post breakfast was 117. Today, 1 hour post breakfast was 161, and 2 hour post was 102. Are my readings correct? I am a bit worried. The doctor told me to measure only 1 hour post readings, but I am also measuring 2 hour readings. Please help me understand what I should do to control this diabetes? I also have PCOD and thyroid issues for the last four years.
