Question
I am 32 years old and have been trying to conceive for over two years, having experienced a miscarriage in May. My recent HSG report shows that my right fallopian tube is unhealthy and the left tube has hydrosalpinx. Additionally, my TVS report indicates that I have polycystic ovaries. Although my periods are regular, my cycle length varies between 35 to 40 days. I would like to understand my chances of conceiving naturally or through IUI given these findings, and whether laparoscopic surgery is mandatory to improve my fertility outcomes.

Blocked tube and PCOS reduce chances of natural conception. IUI may not work well with hydrosalpinx. Consult a fertility specialist to evaluate IVF or laparoscopy. Hormone profile and ultrasound may be needed. Surgical consultation may be required to treat hydrosalpinx.
