I am 32 years old and recently tested positive for COVID 19. I have undergone tests for CRP, dengue, CBC, malaria, and typhoid, and all reports came back normal except for my CRP level, which is 77.46 mg/L. What does this mean, and should I be concerned?

A CRP of 77 suggests inflammation, possibly due to COVID. Continue monitoring, stay hydrated, rest. If symptoms worsen, reconsult.

My father received the Covaxin vaccine on 3rd April. For the past 15 days, he has had a fever ranging from 99 to 101F, which is partially relieved with Crocin. COVID antigen and RTPCR tests were negative. He is also experiencing shortness of breath (28 breaths per minute). His recent blood reports show: RBC: 2.1 million/microlitre Hemoglobin: 9.2 g/dl WBC: 14.4 by 10000/microlitre CRP: 217 Serum creatinine: 3.21 mg/dl Iron: 24 microgram/dl Bilirubin direct: 0.6 mg/dl Urine report is normal, with no pus or abnormalities, and he has no issues while passing urine. Could his continuous fever, shortness of breath, and anemia be due to kidney problems? Please advise what could be causing these symptoms and the next steps for evaluation and treatment.
