I am 33 weeks pregnant and my report shows PPBS 171.5, which my doctor says is not good. Please advise me on the precautions and how I can reduce it so it does not affect my baby?

PPBS of 171.5 mg/dL is mildly elevated. To protect your baby: Follow a diabetic pregnancy diet Walk 10 to 15 mins post meals Monitor sugars and start insulin if fasting/post meals consistently high Discuss with your gynecologist soon.
Dr. Bhanu Suggests...
Take a Glucose Fasting and PP Test Test or Take a HbA1c Test (Hemoglobin A1c) Test
