I am a 35 year old male with less facial hair. My height is 5 feet 10 inches and weight is 62 kg. Is it okay to take testosterone therapy at this age because my lab report was on the lower side. Would it be beneficial and what are the possible side effects?

Low testosterone therapy can help beard and muscle mass but must be doctor supervised. Pros are better energy, libido, facial hair. Cons are acne, thick blood, fertility drop, prostate issues if misused. Get levels checked twice on fasting mornings, if both are low, an endocrinologist can start a safe dose and monitor every 3 months.

I am a 28 years old woman and I am obese. My weight is 95 kg and my height is 5 feet 4 inches. I have had facial hair for quite a few years. Five years ago I got my hormones tested including thyroid and all were in the normal range. I opted for laser hair removal. Even after eight sittings, do hairs grow back in a few months? Is my weight not decreasing?
