I am a 54 year old male with type 2 diabetes for the last 15 years. On 11th July, I had a Microalbumin Urine Test. The results are: Spot Urine Microalbumin 421.8 mg per L, Microalbumin by Creatinine ratio 1562.22 mg per g, Blood Creatinine 1.30 mg per dL, Hemoglobin 9.9, Sodium 139 mmol per L, and Potassium 4.60 mmol per L. Please provide suggestions based on these results. Please reply as soon as possible.

High urine albumin indicates diabetic kidney damage. Needs nephrology follow up and BP or sugar control.
Dr. Rohinipriyanka Suggests...
Take a HbA1c Test (Hemoglobin A1c) Test or Take a Urine Routine Test Test
