I am a 66 years old male with history of stroke 4 years back, known hypertensive, no diabetes. Lab report suggests hyponatremia. Blood pressure is not getting controlled. Currently on medication: Amtas AT 25 mg (Atenolol) in morning, Telma 40 in afternoon, and Telma 40 at night. Please suggest how to control blood pressure?

For resistant BP with hyponatremia post stroke, medication adjustment may be required. Hyponatremia can worsen confusion and BP instability in elderly. Please consult for fluid balance, medication timing, and salt intake.
