My current blood report shows a liver infection, and I have started the prescribed medication as per the doctor advice. However, I am still experiencing weakness and body pain. When I wake up, I feel pain in my hands and legs.

Lipid profile shows triglycerides 317 and HDL 26. LFT shows conjugated bilirubin 0.6. Vitamin B12 shows 1046. I am very worried about these reports. Please explain if it is okay to have such values or if any further tests are needed to identify the cause of these elevated values. If not, how can these values be lowered?
