I am currently 22 weeks pregnant and have tested APLA positive. I have been prescribed Enoxaparin 40 mg injections daily. I have attached my recent APTT and PT reports for your review. Could you please let me know if the current dose of Enoxaparin (40 mg) is appropriate for my condition, or if any adjustments are needed?

Enoxaparin 40mg is standard prophylactic dose in APLA during pregnancy. If APTT/PT and D dimer are normal, and no clotting history, it is generally adequate. Consult high risk OB for individual advice.

Take a APTT Test (Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time) Test or Take a Platelet Count Test Test

My skin bruises very easily, even with light bumps. I have had a complete CBC blood test, and all results are normal. I am not sure what could be causing this. Please advise what might be the reason and if any further tests are needed.
