I am diagnosed with PCOD. My periods are either 10 days early or 10 days late, with brown bleeding. Periods continue for more than 7 days with light bleeding. Is it possible for me to conceive naturally? I am very concerned about this. All my hormone and thyroid test results are normal. I am 26 years old, 5 feet 4 inches tall, and weigh 69 kg.

PCOD can cause irregular cycles, brown spotting, and prolonged bleeding, as you described. Since your hormones and thyroid are normal, chances of natural conception are still good with lifestyle changes. Your BMI is slightly high (69 kg at 26) reducing 5 to 6 kg can improve ovulation. Track ovulation using apps or urine LH kits and timed intercourse helps.

View allHi, I am a 35 year old female. I experienced a pregnancy loss at 18 weeks due to anhydramnios in October 2020. I am trying to conceive but have not been successful so far. Recent tests done on cycle day 2 show: Prolactin: 26.98 ng/mL TSH: 2.1 microIU/mL AMH: 1.64 ng/mL FSH: 8.5 mIU/mL I had taken cabergoline after my pregnancy loss. Will the slightly elevated prolactin affect my chances of conceiving?

I was pregnant twice this year, with a gap of six months between the two pregnancies. Unfortunately, both pregnancies ended in early miscarriage, each time showing only a faint positive line, and then automatically aborting after about six weeks. My doctor advised me to undergo several tests, and I am attaching the reports here. Could you please review them and let me know if everything appears normal, or if there are any issues with my hormonal levels? I had a history of PCOD, but I have been told that it is no longer a concern.

My recent report shows that my right ovary is polycystic with 10 to 12 follicles, while the left ovary is normal. My weight has been steadily increasing over the past 7 to 8 years, although I have regular menstrual cycles. I am now trying to conceive but I am unsure about what steps to take next. Will I be able to conceive naturally, and what should I do moving forward?
