I am diagnosed with PCOD. My periods are either 10 days early or 10 days late, with brown bleeding. Periods continue for more than 7 days with light bleeding. Is it possible for me to conceive naturally? I am very concerned about this. All my hormone and thyroid test results are normal. I am 26 years old, 5 feet 4 inches tall, and weigh 69 kg.

PCOD can cause irregular cycles, brown spotting, and prolonged bleeding, as you described. Since your hormones and thyroid are normal, chances of natural conception are still good with lifestyle changes. Your BMI is slightly high (69 kg at 26) reducing 5 to 6 kg can improve ovulation. Track ovulation using apps or urine LH kits and timed intercourse helps.

I have received my AMH (Anti Mullerian Hormone) test report, but I am not sure how to interpret it. Could you please tell me if it is considered poor, medium, high, or concerning? Also, could you suggest any Ayurvedic remedies or lifestyle measures to improve it?

Hi, I am a 28 year old female, not pregnant and not sexually active. My normal cycle is 30 to 35 days. In December, my period was delayed and came on the 48th day. In January, it was on time. In February, I took Primolute on my doctor advice, and after stopping the medicine on 9th March, my period came on 12th March. In April, it came slightly early on 6th April, possibly due to the pills. In May, it was again delayed and came on the 48th day. I consulted a doctor who performed investigations: CBC is normal, pelvic USG is normal, thyroid is normal. She prescribed Normoz tablets and Evacare syrup. In June, my period was on time, but in July, it is again late (48th day) and has not come. I am really worried. Could this be due to hyperprolactinemia? I am getting married in 6 months, will I be able to conceive?
