I am experiencing a burning sensation while urinating and my urine appears yellow, two to three times a day. I have done this urine test three times, and the culture test is normal. Is this normal, or should I be concerned?

Yellow urine and burning may result from mild irritation, dehydration, dietary causes or unhygienic practices if culture is normal. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a urologist. Keep hydrated, avoid spicy food, and maintain hygiene.

The doctor advised a urine routine microscopy (RM) test, and I am attaching the report. Could you please review it and guide me on the next steps? Is everything okay?

We visited a gynecologist and she told us to do a NILM Pap smear test. The report says reactive changes observed associated with inflammation and atrophy. What does this mean? The gynecologist is on a one week leave. Is it anything to worry about?
