I am experiencing chest pain, body vibrations, and irregular sensations. I also have diabetes. Despite these symptoms, all my recent test reports are normal. Could you please advise what might be causing these issues and the next steps I should take?

Symptoms may be neuropathic or cardiac. Even with normal reports, diabetics can have silent heart issues. Get ECG, echo, and HbA1c tested.

I took Methylprednisolone 16 mg for 2 days and stopped. After 3 days, I developed pain on both sides of my head, jaw, and teeth, along with eye redness. My random blood sugar was 112 mg/dL at 7 PM. Please advise how I can manage these symptoms. Could I be at risk of black fungus (mucormycosis)? I am attaching my blood reports, including CBC, CRP, and blood sugar.

My fasting sugar is 114 and HbA1c is 5.2, eAG 103 mg/dl. Am I diabetic or prediabetic? Is prediabetic reversible? Can I reverse it to a normal level under 100?
