I am experiencing pain in both hands, which sometimes becomes unbearable. The pain extends from my arms to my fingers and even my palms. According to my blood tests, I do not have any infection or fever (dengue, etc.). I do not understand the reason for this pain. My hands feel very weak, and I am unable to lift or hold any weight. The pain lasts throughout the day and night, but occasionally it becomes extremely severe. What could be causing this, and what should I do?

Persistent hand pain may be due to neuropathy, cervical spine issues, or autoimmune conditions. Consider nerve conduction study and consult a neurologist.
