I am experiencing severe pain in my penis. Could it be related to conditions like erectile dysfunction, priapism, Peyronie disease, or balanitis? What tests should I get to find out the cause?

Penis pain can occur due to balanitis (infection), Peyronies disease (curvature), ED related issues, or priapism (prolonged erection, painful). If pain is severe, consult a urologist immediately. For evaluation, do a Blood Sugar test (diabetes can cause infections), Urine Routine, and Penile Doppler Ultrasound (if Peyronies or blood flow issues are suspected). Do not delay if pain is persistent.

View allMy blood sugar was around 342 (average of the last three months), and because of this, I have been having a burning sensation while urinating for the past two months. I have already started medications for blood sugar. As per my last check, my fasting blood sugar was 89, and the average of the last three months with medication is 250. Hence, the medicines are working, but I am not getting relief from the burning sensation. I am taking Neftas as suggested by my doctor, and I feel fine while on it, but after 3 to 4 days of stopping Neftas, the burning sensation returns. Please suggest what I am missing and why I am having this issue repeatedly?

I drink 4.5 to 6 liters of water every day, but my urine is still deep yellow. My liver function tests are all within the normal range. I am not dehydrated, but I am very concerned and confused. What could be causing this, and what should I do?

My urine routine examination showed slightly turbid urine with a pH of 6. Urine albumin and sugar were absent. C reactive protein was 13. RBCs in urine were absent, epithelial cells were 2 to 4 per hpf, pus cells were 6 to 8 per hpf, and there were no casts or crystals. My complete blood count showed hemoglobin of 11.5?g per dL, WBC 5800, MCH 35.5?pg, and MCHC 33.3?g per dL.
