I am four weeks pregnant. As per my blood test report, my thyroid level is 10.58. I have also undergone a gall bladder operation four years ago. Could you guide me on whether I can have a healthy baby with this high thyroid level at the initial stage? Also, please advise whether my thyroid level could have any impact on my child as he grows up.

TSH more than 10 is very high and may harm baby neurodevelopment. Please start treatment urgently and repeat TSH, T3, T4 after 2 weeks. Take these tests to manage pregnancy safely.

Recently, I had a thyroid test. My T3 and T4 values are low, but TSH is normal. My hemoglobin is 10.5. I do not feel weakness or fatigue, but I am worried if this could be a serious problem, as I read it might indicate anemia. Also, for the past 2 months I have noticed pigmentation changes on my facial skin. Please advise.
