I am having itching and irritation on the palms and legs. If I stop taking tablets it starts again after 3 to 4 days. I am taking tablets from the last three months. I am really getting disturbed from this. I am taking Xylol and Xemped. Please suggest me what should be my diet? I have done blood report and the immunoglobulin is 2950 units. Please help me.

A high IgE suggests allergy related symptoms. Avoid known triggers, keep skin moisturized, and follow doctors advice on antihistamines. Continue prescribed medication and maintain a hypoallergenic diet.

View allI am suffering from runny nose and continuous sneezing for the past one and a half years. I consulted an ENT doctor, and he gave me Monticope tablets, which I took for a year. If I stop taking the tablets, the symptoms come back. I do not know what to do to stop this. I do not know how long I have to continue the medication. I went to another doctor, a pulmonary specialist, who gave me Odimont and advised a complete blood test. I found out I have vitamin D3 deficiency. He gave me vitamin D shots for one month and a nasal spray. He stopped the tablets from today, and I do not know whether this treatment will work. Please give me a suggestion?
