I am having an itching problem on the entire body with no rashes or red marks. The itching feels internal and when I take a Citrizen tablet it subsides temporarily but reappears, about twice a week. I have been suffering from this problem for the past 6 to 7 months and consulted a dermatologist who suggested medicines like Allegra 120 and some multivitamin syrup after conducting blood and urine tests. He told me there is no problem in the blood and urine reports.

Chronic itching without rash may be due to allergy or dry skin. Continue antihistamines, moisturize well, and consider allergy panel if persistent.

View allHello Doctor, I have been suffering from food allergies for the last 2 to 3 years. According to my blood report, I am allergic to foods like lemon, orange, lady finger, eggs, clove, yeast, and paper dust. Because of these allergies, I experience skin itching on different parts of my body at any time. I have consulted many doctors, but the itching returns once the medication is finished. Please guide me on the treatment, diet, or medicines I should take and which specialist I should consult. Thank you. I am eagerly waiting for your valuable advice.
