I am having an itching problem on the entire body with no rashes or red marks. The itching feels internal and when I take a Citrizen tablet it subsides temporarily but reappears, about twice a week. I have been suffering from this problem for the past 6 to 7 months and consulted a dermatologist who suggested medicines like Allegra 120 and some multivitamin syrup after conducting blood and urine tests. He told me there is no problem in the blood and urine reports.

Chronic itching without rash may be due to allergy or dry skin. Continue antihistamines, moisturize well, and consider allergy panel if persistent.

His blood reports appear normal, and we have consulted multiple dermatologists, but none have been able to identify the root cause of these recurring blisters. I have attached images for reference. Could you please review them and share any insights or suggestions you may have? Thank you in advance.
