I am having recurring mouth ulcers and my blood report shows serum iron as 60 ug per dl. Can this be the cause of the ulcers?

Yes, low or borderline iron levels can cause frequent mouth ulcers. Consider iron rich foods and consult your doctor for supplements if needed. Vitamin deficiency can also cause ulcers

I have major health issues and my body is not becoming healthy like a normal body as per age. I used to take juice and also ate chicken etc but I see no effect of these protein diets. My weight is not increasing, my skin is becoming dull and I am facing weight loss. I am not getting a solution to this problem. What should I do to come out of this issue? I am Chaithra, and I have been suffering from severe pain in my uterine region due to an infection for the past 3 weeks. For the last week, I have been unable to walk or sit properly.
