Question
I am a non alcoholic and non smoker, but my recent blood report shows elevated SGPT, SGOT, and GGT, along with high cholesterol levels. My doctor has prescribed ROZAT 10 mg and EVION 400. Could you please advise on dietary measures to help reduce these liver enzymes and cholesterol? Are there specific foods or fruits that would be beneficial? I have attached my report for reference.

High liver enzymes may stem from fatty liver or medications. Follow a low fat, high fiber diet. Fruits like papaya, berries, and apples help. Continue prescribed meds. Exercise regularly
