I am 31 weeks pregnant and today received my blood test report. My SGOT and SGPT levels are 467 and 791, respectively, and ALP is 197. After taking Udiliv 300 along with Liv52, my repeat test after a week shows SGOT/SGPT at 260/430 and ALP at 160. My recent liver function test results are as follows: Total Bilirubin is 1.82 mg per dL AST (SGOT) is 63 IU per L ALT (SGPT) is 156 IU per L An USG report shows a normal liver size but Grade II fatty liver. Could you please advise what medications or lifestyle changes I should follow?
