I am sharing my miscarriage report. This is my first conception in 3 years, but unfortunately, I lost the pregnancy. I have been diagnosed with bilateral PCOS, but this report shows only a cyst on my left ovary, while the right ovary appears normal. Does this mean my PCOS is cured or improved? I am feeling confused and would appreciate your clarification.

If your latest report shows only a left ovarian cyst, that does not mean PCOS is cured, it just means it is currently inactive on one side. PCOS is a chronic condition and can fluctuate.

Take a FSH and LH Test Test or Take a AMH Test (Anti Mullerian Hormone) Test

View allI am 32 years old and have been suffering from irregular periods for a long time. My doctor, after evaluating my treatment results, mentioned that my uterine lining is thickened due to hormonal problems. I was prescribed Sysron N tablets to regulate my periods and took the course for 28 days. However, my periods did not become regular and started about a month after completing the tablets. Now I am experiencing heavy bleeding and feeling unwell.

I am suffering from PCOD again. I was diagnosed with it a few years back and was suggested laparoscopic treatment. Last week I was again diagnosed with PCOD. I sometimes feel like I am having a heart attack. I am also suffering from depression, severe anxiety, hallucinations, headaches, and migraine. Since childhood I have had major or minor health problems. I am a vegetarian and do not eat much oily food. My weight is 51 kg. I have increased hair growth all over my body including on my breasts. I have severe pain during my menstrual periods which is totally unbearable. I experience pain in the whole body and sometimes nausea. I am getting acne, whiteheads, and other skin issues on my face. My breasts have sagged and increased in size in recent years and I feel they look bad, the size is 34. I want to reduce it. My shoulder line is smaller than my waist line. My height is 5 feet 2 inches. I also have acidity and gastritis problems. Will exercise or yoga help me. My parents are not allowing me to do any exercise activities. Please guide me about PCOD. I am attaching my USG pelvis report and blood report.
