I am suffering from erectile dysfunction (ED) and hypothyroidism, for which I am taking Thyronorm 50 mcg. I regularly go to the gym, follow a nutritious diet, and take whey protein (Livo Universal). Recently, I had a blood test, and the results showed TSH 5, globulin 3.8, RA factor active, low vitamin B12 and B9 levels, and high LDL. Please explain what these results mean.

TSH of 5 shows mild thyroid underactivity, may need dose adjustment. Low Vitamin B12 & B9 (Folate) can cause tiredness, poor mood and even ED. High LDL needs dietary and lifestyle changes to protect heart. Globulin 3.8 and low RA factor are not alarming. Whey protein is fine, but add B12, rich foods or supplements.

I had a blood test yesterday, and everything was normal except for my free T3 level. My thyroid test results are: TSH: 2.33 microIU/mL, Free T4: 1.33 ng/mL, and Free T3: 8.4 pg/mL. Is this level abnormal? Does it mean I have hyperthyroidism? I read on the internet that it is not curable and requires lifelong medication. Is my result serious? I also experience hand pain and sensitivity to cold climates, but I feel fine in sunny weather. I am worried about my T3 levels.
