I am undergoing ovulation induction treatment with Letoval 5 (days 3 to 7), Eltroxin 100 (daily, though my TSH is under control), Y Cyst M 1000 mg, and Endogest SR 300. My last menstrual period was on 23rd Feb, and my ovulation day was on 20th March. My usual cycle is 33 days after induction, but today, on day 36, I got my period and feel very disappointed. Before today, I experienced early pregnancy like symptoms such as lower abdominal cramps and continuous white vaginal discharge for 7 days. My husband semen analysis is normal, and my reports (AMH, TSH, prolactin, rubella, SIS) are all normal. Why am I not pregnant after 2 cycles of ovulation induction, despite regular intercourse on alternate days between days 11 to 21?

Even with ovulation induction, conception can take multiple cycles. Possible reasons: delayed ovulation, luteal phase defect, stress, or implantation issues. Bleeding after 36 days may be withdrawal or anovulatory bleed. Early pregnancy symptoms can overlap with hormonal effects. Continue medications as advised and consider ultrasound follicle tracking and progesterone level check next cycle.

My report shows that the follicle has ruptured. Free fluid is seen in POD, and the endometrium size is 11.7. How to ensure pregnancy now. Also, my husband uses a condom during sex and removes it for ejaculation only. Is it the right way.

I am 10 weeks and 1 day pregnant today. My report shows low lying posterior placenta with lower pole covering internal os and short cervix too. What does this mean? Should I be worried? What precautions should I take? I already had 2 miscarriages in the past due to an incompetent cervix. Please help.
