I am unmarried. I had a diagnostic and operative laparoscopy for endometriotic cysts (size 3x2x1 cm). After one month from surgery, I was put on Duphaston tablets. After three months from surgery, I got an USG done. It stated there is evidence of cystic lesion with internal echoes and septations in left adnexa about 4.3x4.2 cm. The impression mentioned is left adnexa haemorrhagic cyst. Along with this, I have symptom of constant urge to urinate. I also had this same symptom prior to surgery. I am currently taking Femilon as suggested and my gynaecologist prescribed medicines like Urifast and some antibiotics for this urinary sensation. My urine report is normal. My doctor said the cyst is functional. But I am worried as I am getting these urinary symptoms which are similar to my prior surgery symptoms. My pelvic pain has reduced, though not completely gone. I am still worried. Please suggest? I have attached USG report.

A hemorrhagic cyst in the left adnexa with urinary urgency might mimic your prior symptoms. Functional cysts can recur. If USG and urine are normal and youre on Femilon, symptoms may resolve over time. Persistent pelvic pain and bladder pressure may need a repeat scan or urologist consult.

View allMy father blood test showed a creatinine level of 9 and potassium level of 7.56, so the doctor advised immediate dialysis. He has undergone two dialysis sessions so far, one the day before yesterday and one today. The ultrasound report shows that both kidneys are normal in size and there are no stones. However, the urine report indicates elevated RBCs and pus cells. Now, the doctor is recommending a kidney biopsy. I would like to understand what the next steps should be and whether the biopsy is necessary at this stage.

I had annual tests done and am attaching my urine report. I want to know if it is normal. I am having pain in the lower abdomen, so I expected RBCs and casts to be absent, but they are nil. Is this okay?
