I completed my medical report two days ago which showed an SGPT value of 104, blood pressure of 140 over 90, and a heart rate of 102. I do not have any symptoms. I would like to know what the possible treatment is and how this condition should be managed.

Your SGPT is mildly elevated, possibly due to fatty liver, medication, or diet. Though not alarming without symptoms, it should be monitored. High BP and heart rate suggest lifestyle changes like reducing salt, avoiding oily food, and regular walks. Please consult a doctor for proper evaluation.
