I did HIV Tridot test after 10 months of exposure and the result showed negative and with the lab report they attached the kit also. In anxiety after 1 week I checked the kit and I could see a brown circle with white inside at HIV 2. Is my test really negative? Could it be dust or something that caused the layer of circle at HIV 2?

If your Tridot HIV test was negative at 10 months, that result is considered conclusive. The brown circle you noticed on the kit after a week is likely due to drying, oxidation, or dust tests should only be interpreted within the stated time frame (usually within 30 minutes).
