I experienced slurred speech with slight memory loss a week ago. My test report and prescribed medicine are attached. I want advice about future treatments?

Sudden onset symptoms warrant urgent evaluation for stroke or neurodegenerative disease. Please undergo Brain MRI, Vitamin B12, and Thyroid Function Test. Immediate neurology consult advised.
Dr. Dhankecha Suggests...
Take a Vitamin B12 Test Test or Take a TSH Test (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) Test
