Question

I got bitten by some insect on my thigh on Tuesday, and it started to swell, so I went to a general physician who assured me there was nothing to worry about and gave me a tablet. But today, it's hurting again, and when I used a pin to check the area, a lot of blood suddenly came out. I'm really concerned about what's going on. Could you please advise?
