I had an accident 4 days ago and my MRI shows a PCL avulsion fracture at the back of the tibial spine with about 5mm elevation from the bone. My doctor said surgery isn't needed but I'm worried should I get a second opinion or is it okay to manage without surgery?

I've been having issues with my spine at the L5 level and there's some space there not sure how it happened. Is it possible to recover from this without needing surgery?

I have an ACL injury and don't have much knee pain, but my knee feels stiff behind when I sit for too long. Can physiotherapy alone fix this, or will I eventually need surgery? I've attached my MRI results.
