Question
I had acne in my school days which got treated and cured but after five years I started having acne again. In the beginning it was one or two but later it got worse with black spots. The acne I get are small bumps and sometimes pus filled but not painful yet they leave marks and scars. My blood report shows neutrophils 78 percent. I also have a family history of acne. I have been using many products like serums vitamin C and niacinamide but they make my skin sensitive. What can be the cause?

Adult acne can return due to hormones, stress, or even skin sensitivity to products. Family history plays a role. Avoid oily food and junk which can aggregate acne. Avoid harsh serums, and try a mild routine. A dermatologist can guide better.
