Question

I had minor skin surgery and my doctor recommended a CBP test. The results show my RBC and RDW are high while MCH, MCV, and MCHC are lower than normal. I don't have any concerning symptoms and consider myself healthy should I be worried about these results?

Your RBC and RDW being high, along with low MCH, MCV, and MCHC, might suggest some mild anemia or other factors affecting red blood cells. Since you're not experiencing symptoms, its likely not a serious concern, but it's a good idea to follow up with your haematologist to understand the context of these results.
