I had right inguinal hernia and varicocele surgery with mesh on the right side about 3 months ago but I'm still having pain in the areas marked with green dots in the photo I attached - is this normal or should I be concerned about the pain continuing this long after surgery

While some pain after hernia and varicocele surgery is normal, persistent pain three months post-surgery, especially in the areas marked in your photo, should be evaluated by your doctor.
