I had unprotected sex with my girlfriend the first time and now she is my wife. She has ovarian cysts and yeast infection. After some time I suffered from fever, swollen glands, and swollen and painful testicles. Next I did an HIV report, which was negative. Next I did HIV 1 and 2 and p24 antigen tests which was 0.06 and the USG report of whole abdomen showed some infarction of bladder cystitis. Sir please tell me am I affected by HIV or other STD? What type of blood report should I do next? Please suggest me.

If HIV tests are negative after 3 months of exposure, infection is unlikely. Symptoms could be from urinary or other infections.
Dr. Bhanu Suggests...
Take a VDRL Test (Venereal Disease Research Laboratory) Test or Take a Urine Culture Test Test
