I had unprotected sex with a sex worker. I took an HIV RNA PCR test after 28 days, and the result was not detected. At 86 days, the HIV antibody test was non reactive, with a CD4 count of 503. At 100 days, the RNA PCR test was not detected, and at 108 days, the antibody test was non reactive.

With RNA PCR and antibody tests all negative beyond 90 days, HIV is ruled out. CD4 count can vary normally. No further testing is needed. Youre safe.

Does the reliability of the result vary between centres, and how important is it that the centre is certified for HIV RNA PCR testing? Please guide me.

My HIV test report shows a value of 0.07. Could you please explain in detail what this means? I have attached the report. Also, if I have sexual relations with a single non HIV partner, is there any chance that this value could increase?
