I have a 3 mm calculus in the middle calyx of my right kidney, detected on an ultrasound. Do I need to worry? Should I follow a specific diet, or is medicine enough? I am not experiencing any pain.

3mm stone is small and may pass on its own. Drink 3to4L water daily. Avoid oxalate rich foods (spinach, tomato seeds, nuts). No medicine needed if no pain. Monitor with Urine Routine, Ultrasound KUB, and KFT.
