I have a 6mm kidney stone and my CT scan shows it's 10mm in another part do I really need surgery or are there other options to pass it naturally

Surgery is generally not the first choice for 6mm stones, but it's often considered for stones of 10mm or larger, or if a smaller stone gets stuck and causes complications.
