I have been diagnosed with thyroid issues for the last 7 years and am currently taking Thyronorm 150 mg. I had a thyroid test yesterday, and the results are normal. Should I continue with the same dose, or adjust it?

If all thyroid levels are normal, continue 150 mcg. Sudden dose change can destabilize hormone control. Retest TSH every 3 months.
Dr. Yusuf Suggests...
Take a TSH Test (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) Test or Take a Free (FT4) Test Test

View allRecently, I had a thyroid test. My T3 and T4 values are low, but TSH is normal. My hemoglobin is 10.5. I do not feel weakness or fatigue, but I am worried if this could be a serious problem, as I read it might indicate anemia. Also, for the past 2 months I have noticed pigmentation changes on my facial skin. Please advise.

I am 41 years old and have been suffering from serious mental illness for the last 10 years. The medicines I take are lithium bicarbonate, amisulpride, Phendy Plus and the sleeping tablet zolpidem. I searched on the internet about these medicines and found that they are used to treat schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and parkinsonism. I want to know about ayurvedic medicine as I have not got any results from allopathic medicines.
