I have been experiencing irregular heartbeat for the past six months. I consulted a doctor, but they did not explain the exact problem. They prescribed beta blocker medicine and said it is okay, but did not advise me on diet or whether it is a heart disease. Some tests were done. Can I send my test reports so that you can tell me whether it is serious or not?

Beta-blockers help control rhythm, but underlying cause (e.g., arrhythmia, anxiety, thyroid) should be clear. Send test reports for more clarity. Avoid caffeine, stress, and consult cardiologist.
