I have been experiencing itching inside the vaginal area and burning during urination for more than one month. My urine report shows some blood and fungal hyphae present. I completed full courses of Amoxicillin and Ciprofloxacin as prescribed by my gynecologist, but the problem still persists.

Persistent vaginal itching and fungal hyphae suggest a fungal yeast infection that has not cleared. Oral antifungals or local antifungal creams might be needed. Consider checking blood sugar if infections are recurrent. Meanwhile strictly maintain hygiene
