I have been experiencing loss of appetite for the past 4 weeks, along with bloating and a feeling of tightness while passing stools. I have been taking digestive enzymes and antacids, but my hunger has not improved. My blood sugar levels are increasing, and it seems food takes a long time to digest. I also feel tightness in my chest, but there is no pain or fever. Should I be concerned, and what screening tests should I get to rule out any serious illness?

These symptoms may relate to gastritis, GERD, or early metabolic issues. Do a complete screening to rule out serious causes. Get Liver Function Test, CBC, HbA1c, and Thyroid Panel. Add USG Abdomen and ECG to check digestion and heart health. Consult doctor if symptoms worsen or persist.
