I have been experiencing mild fatigue and noticeable headaches for the past month. I have done blood and urine tests, and nothing abnormal was found. I live in an area with a high mosquito population and have been bitten several times. However, my dengue test came back negative. What should I do next?

Your symptoms may be due to post viral fatigue or another viral infection not detected in current tests. Dengue negative is reassuring. Ensure hydration, adequate sleep, and consider Vitamin D/B12 test if fatigue continues.
