I have been experiencing mild fever and headache daily for the past month. The headache is sometimes severe and sometimes mild. Earlier it was not constant, but for the past few days it has been constant. While exercising, my head hurts, and I am unable to work out, which is very important for me as I have PCOS. I have also been experiencing heart palpitations and feel tired all the time. My face is getting dull, and my complexion is becoming darker with each passing day. My recent test results are as follows: TSH 1.190, FSH 6.27, LH 3.08, RBC 4.94, RDW 14.70, Magnesium 2.20, Creatinine 0.57, Hemoglobin 13.40. What could be the problem? Please help.

Could be hormonal imbalance or anemia related fatigue. Most values are within normal limits. Further endocrine review may help.

Hi, I am experiencing blurred vision and mild purple discoloration of my nails. I also feel like I might faint at times. My full body blood tests are normal, but my ferritin level is 22. Echocardiography and abdominal reports are normal. Additionally, I have neck pain radiating to the back of my head and a post nasal drip. Why could these symptoms be happening, and what should I do?

Last week I had a full body check up, and my blood test showed several abnormalities. My hemoglobin (11.9), MCV (78.9), and MCH (25.4) were all below the reference range, while RDW was high (14.4). RBC morphology showed hypochromia and microcytosis, with mild anisocytosis. Basophils and absolute basophil count were both 0. In kidney function tests, serum urea was low (16.38), and in liver function tests, the A/G ratio was below reference (1.13). ESR was elevated at 28. My iron profile was also low, serum iron (39), UIBC (141), and TIBC (180). Lipid profile showed low CHOL/HDL ratio (3.13) and LDL/HDL ratio (1.73). Vitamin levels were deficient, with Vitamin B12 at 129 and Vitamin D at 10.8. Thyroid and diabetes tests were normal. The hematology report mentioned hypochromia, microcytosis, and mild anisocytosis, and advised serum iron studies, serum ferritin, and abnormal hemoglobin study. Please suggest appropriate medicines for these conditions.
