I have been having continuous fever and a strong headache for the last four days. My urine report from yesterday shows albumin ++++?

Albumin ++++ in urine and fever could suggest a kidney infection or serious inflammation. Please consult a doctor immediately. High albumin needs urgent attention.

View allToday I received my complete blood report, which shows: Lymphocytes: 25% (low) WBC count: 9,600 Platelet count: 2.1 lakh For the past three days, I have had inflammation on the chest and armpit. I consulted a general physician, who suggested it might be a gastric problem. I am worried about HIV, as I had protected sex with an unknown partner one week ago. Could this be HIV? I do not have fever or other symptoms. Please advise on what steps I should take.
