I have been trying to conceive for one year without success. All my reports are normal, my ultrasound is normal, and my husband male panel and sperm analysis are also normal. I am very frustrated and do not know why it is taking so much time or what to do next.

Around 10 to 15 percent couples have unexplained infertility. If age less than 35, try 6 more months with timed intercourse or ovulation tracking. If already evaluated for tubal patency and semen quality, consider IUI or ovulation induction. Stress reduction and a fertility diet also help.

View allI am 10 weeks and 1 day pregnant today. My report shows low lying posterior placenta with lower pole covering internal os and short cervix too. What does this mean? Should I be worried? What precautions should I take? I already had 2 miscarriages in the past due to an incompetent cervix. Please help.

Hi, I am recently pregnant again after a miscarriage in May. I am being overly cautious with this pregnancy, so I requested a blood test for my beta HCG and progesterone levels. The first test showed beta HCG 89 and progesterone 3.6. The second test revealed my beta HCG was 195, so it more than doubled, which is good, but my progesterone is still pending. I am concerned because I truly believe low progesterone caused my previous miscarriage. The doctor did not seem too concerned. Should I be worried?

I had minor PCOD in the past, but my reports came back normal in January. My cycles have always been regular, even during the PCOD phase, and I have never missed a period. However, my periods are usually light. I am wondering if this is normal. In June, I got my period on the 4th, in July, on the 6th, in August, on the 3rd, and now in September, it started on the 1st. Although it is regular, the pattern does not seem normal to me. The bleeding is light and only lasts about two and a half days, whereas earlier it used to last for three days. Could this be due to anxiety or something else? What should I do? Thank you.
